Sea Moss is a red genus edible algae. It is a veiny vegetable that grows in the fresh waters of the Atlantic and Pacific oceans. It looks like soft coral. It is a light brownish-yellow color. When dried in its own sea salt, it looks shriveled and sad. Once it is rehydrated in water, it grows bright and beautiful. Up to 10 times its size. It is a raw food.

It is sundried and then shipped. Caribbean sea moss farmers follow proper regulations by the respective Ministries to ensure the highest quality algae gets to consumers like you.

Moso Sea Moss Pieces – For single serve smoothies 1 – 2 tsp. Drink as soon as because it thickens if given a chance to settle. When making stove top meals like soups and stews, use 2 to 3 tbsp for a a serving of four. Or garnish the top of the soup or stew bowl to enjoy the crunch.

Once your order is received, we get it out to you between 3 – 10 days. On average your order is received in 3 – 10 days. All our products have a handling fee as they are carefully packed. Especially our cold products. Sweetie Truffle, the Raw Sea Moss and Butter ship cold in icepacks to ensure their form and freshness.
- We do not accept returns as these are food items. We try to ensure that you receive your order in a timely fashion. We ask that you follow storage instructions as they are mostly refrigerate or freeze products.
