Cucumber Sandwich

Who likes color, crunch and nutrition in their sandwich? My hand is up. How about yours? Like the combination of cucumber, tomato, lettuce, alfalfa sprouts and avocado? Check out the original recipe here at All Recipes. We made a few substitutions (we used what we had), and of course added Joli Sea Moss Butter. Go make yours today!

Directions:
1. Spread each slice of bread with cream cheese. On one slice of bread, layer lettuce, then arrange cucumber and tomato slices in a single layer one atop the other.
2. Mix sprouts with oil and vinegar. Layer over tomato.
3. In a bowl combine crushed avocado with sea moss butter. Spread other slice of bread with mashed avocado and sea moss butter. Close sandwich and serve immediately. Happy eating!

• 2 Thick Slices Whole Wheat Bread
• Cream Cheese, Softened
• 6 Slices Cucumber
• 2 Tablespoons Alfalfa Sprouts
• 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
• 1 Teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
• 1 Tomato, Sliced
• 1 Leaf Lettuce
• 1 Small Sweet Pepper, Sliced
• 1/2 Avocado, Mashed
• 1/2 Tbsp Joli Sea Moss Butter
